SedmaraZRutstein.com shares information about her life and career as a concert pianist and professor of pianoforte. To engage with our content, our visitors may share personal information with us, including, but not limited to, contact details.

• Requests made through Agents: You may designate, in writing or through a power of attorney document, an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us.

• California Privacy Rights under the “Shine the Light” Law: Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code (a separate law from the CCPA), residents of California have the right to ask us for a notice describing the categories of Personal Information we have shared with third parties, for their direct marketing purposes, during the preceding calendar year.
